Position Overview:
As a Credit Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing customer credit profiles and ensuring accurate account maintenance. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our credit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the distribution of online credit application links to potential clients and manage incoming credit applications.
  • Utilize third-party resources to assess creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
  • Conduct thorough searches within existing customer databases to identify potential risks and verify information.
  • Engage with clients to rectify any discrepancies in submitted documentation.
  • Access state databases to gather essential company information for account verification.
  • Set up new customer accounts in the system upon validation of provided information.
  • Implement changes to customer accounts based on direct communications and maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Review and process name change requests, ensuring compliance with ownership changes.
  • Manage tax exemption documentation, verifying validity and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required, including document scanning and physical file management.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Strong foundational computer skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
