Key Responsibilities

As an Electronic Services Support Specialist, your primary role will be to assist members with their electronic banking needs, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate electronic fund transfers. Collaboration with your colleagues is essential to ensure that our members receive comprehensive electronic service support.

  • Access Federal Reserve systems for wire processing and confirmations
  • Address complex member inquiries and complaints related to electronic services
  • Process share and loan transactions, including necessary adjustments
  • Maintain an error resolution log to ensure compliance with Regulation E
  • Support Card Services operations, including card orders and handling lost or stolen cards
  • Assist members and staff with inquiries related to digital banking
  • Manage items deposited through Remote Deposit Capture
  • Monitor and respond to potentially fraudulent payment transactions
  • Assist with various departmental tasks such as ADH, bill pay, and share drafts
  • Ensure accuracy by reviewing departmental policies and procedures
  • Be available during core business hours, Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in electronic funds transfer
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and financial software
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills with the ability to work on a PC for extended periods
  • Effective planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Hourly compensation for this position ranges from $20.57 to $25.71.
