**Overview:**
**The role of a Parking Services Coordinator is to deliver exceptional guest assistance, manage vehicle flow to designated parking areas, collect parking fees at entry points, support guests as required, and ensure that only authorized personnel access the Employee Lot.**
**Starting rate at $16.00/hr**

**How You'll Make A Difference:**
Engage with guests, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
Manage traffic flow on company premises.
Collect parking fees in accordance with cash handling protocols.
Guide guests to available parking spaces.
Assist management in the opening and closing of parking facilities by handling gates, cones, barricades, and signage.
Provide battery assistance to guests and staff in need on Cedar Fair property.
Support management with the distribution of equipment and supplies.
Assist in transporting staff to their designated work areas.
Help with minor maintenance tasks in parking zones as necessary.
Ensure the smooth flow of pedestrian and vehicle traffic into the Employee Lot, verifying that all entrants are current employees by checking their employee IDs.
**We're Looking For:**
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and handle monetary transactions.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to follow policies, complete forms, and interact with guests effectively.
Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug screening, in accordance with company policy.
Ability to undergo a background check, if 18 years or older, which may encompass credit, criminal history, driving records, previous employment, education, and personal references, as per company policy.
