Key Responsibilities

As a TSC Representative, your primary role will involve managing a high volume of incoming calls, assisting members with inquiries, resolving account discrepancies, and providing information on a variety of credit union products and services. You will also perform various account maintenance tasks.

  • Handle a significant volume of incoming calls with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Execute a range of account functions, including inquiries, transfer requests, loan payments, and wire requests.
  • Assist members with Online Banking product or service inquiries.
  • Guide members in completing forms available on our website.
  • Facilitate the opening of new sub-share and/or certificate accounts.
  • Distribute new account information and brochures regarding member benefits.
  • Promote credit union products or services based on member needs and current promotions.
  • Process applications and provide updates for various consumer loans as requested by members.
  • Complete all required training within the designated timeframe and undertake special projects as assigned.
  • Availability to work during the Credit Union's core business hours, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to be bonded and maintain that status.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide courteous, friendly, and professional service.
  • Effective evaluation, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Capability to work on a PC for 6-8 hours daily.
