Job Summary

The Production Supervisor will oversee plant production, warehouse, and maintenance personnel to ensure customer requirements and plant schedules are met efficiently. This is a full-time 3rd shift position that reports to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Workforce Performance: Direct the work force performance through proper administration of company policies, discipline directly where necessary to maintain control of operations.
  • Control and Regulation of Packaging Operations: Assist in control and regulation of packaging operations by maintaining standard operating procedures, making prescribed changes and adjustments when necessary, and maintaining daily productions rates, yield, quality, and line efficiencies.
  • Administer Safety/Health Programs: Administer safety/health programs to meet current OSHA and Mrs. Clark's Requirements.
  • Obtain and Maintain Line Efficiencies: Obtain and maintain line efficiencies through the supervision and administration of company established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Train Building Personnel: Train building personnel in proper operation techniques.
  • Other Duties: Other duties as assigned by the Production Managers/Director of Operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum Experience: Three years supervisory or process improvement experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8pm-6am.
  • Equipment/Software Skills: Must be PC literate with working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word.
