Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee field operations to ensure project completion within the designated timeline and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project schedules.
  • Implement effective planning and methodologies to optimize project execution.
  • Analyze challenges, identify potential issues, and propose viable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Health, Safety & Environmental Policy.
  • Manage the training and certification of personnel for specific project tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between site teams and engineering departments to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain regular attendance as per company policy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in power generation or utility-scale developments.
  • Experience in solar PV, wind energy, or battery storage projects is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools, particularly MS Project.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Experience in reviewing technical documentation related to electrical and mechanical installations.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to remain active and mobile throughout the workday.
  • Frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel as required by project needs.

Work Environment

  • Professional construction site atmosphere with varying noise levels.
  • Flexibility to work during different shifts as needed.
