Job Title: Asset Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in preventing loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and analyze loss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and implement shrink reduction strategies to minimize losses
  • Ensure the safety and security of assigned stores and their surroundings
  • Collaborate with store management and other departments to achieve loss prevention goals
Requirements:
  • 1 year of related experience in retail operations or customer service, loss prevention/asset protection
  • Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality of investigation-related information
