Accounts Payable Responsibilities:- Input invoices into the Global Shop ERP system utilizing a three-way match process.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable inbox.
- Engage directly with suppliers regarding payment and invoice discrepancies.
- Process checks within the ERP system, ensuring proper signatures and distribution.
- Reconcile credit card statements against receipts.
- Record collections from clients for checks and electronic funds transfers.
- Conduct collection calls to clients to confirm timely payments.
- Open, categorize, and distribute correspondence to the finance department.
- Maintain filing systems and records.
- Provide financial metrics for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as needed.
- Manage fixed assets, vendor, and customer records.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- A minimum of four years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable collections.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
