About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at NFP. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lobby and Front Desk Management: Manage the lobby area and front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Communication and Administration: Operate the VOIP telephone system, greet visitors, and perform various administrative tasks, including mail retrieval, package delivery, and fax distribution.
  • Supply Management: Maintain inventory and order supplies for the office and kitchen, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including maintaining the Rolodex, facilities management, IT support, and data entry in Advisor's Assistant.
  • Knowledge Base: Possess basic insurance knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
