About the Role

Orion Office REIT Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Vice President of Construction Operations on construction-related work for a national portfolio of office properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tenant maintenance issues, requests, and associated contracts.
  • Maintain Procore Project Management Database.
  • Act as the point of contact for vendor and tenant inquiries related to construction/maintenance activity.
  • Track and maintain vendor certificates of insurance and other required documents.

Financial Support

  • Ensure proper processing and alignment between billing, ERP, and Project Management Software for construction-related accounting.
  • Interact with Orion Accounting to resolve any discrepancies in reporting related to construction management department activities.
  • Provide other financial support duties as required.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with widely used contractual agreements and associated invoicing requirements and processes.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Aptitude for communication both verbal and written.
  • Significant experience with widely used project management platforms (Procore strongly preferred).

Education and Professional Designations

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Construction/Development Industry Project Management Support Experience OR 10+ years of Construction/Development Industry Project Management Support Experience.
