Job Overview

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and verify customer information upon each visit.
  • Build rapport with clients, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Address concerns, respect boundaries, and be sensitive to each person's individual challenges.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by providing support and compassion.
  • Rotate through other various office tasks throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.

Work Environment:

Our office hours are Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm. This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check upon hire.
