Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Travel Coordinator to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth travel experiences for our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Manage travel itineraries and ensure all details are accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with expense reports and reimbursement processes related to travel
  • Communicate with employees to gather travel preferences and requirements
  • Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during trips

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
