Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Aarons AutoGlass. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive or service industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to promote our services and build trust with decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and provide regular sales reports and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently and as part of a team
