Full Time Business Development Representative

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Full Time Business Development Representative to join our team at LLR Concepts Inc. in Oklahoma City.
This role involves building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating high confidence level to assess customer needs and concerns to build a genuine relationship
- Identifying and delivering solutions to meet the needs of our customers
- Handling one-to-one sales-based interactions with prospective customers
- Acquiring new sales accounts
- Building and developing solid brand recognition to increase brand loyalty and customer retention
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Full Time Business Development Representative, you must bring previous experience in customer-facing environments, competitive nature to meet and exceed goals, unbeatable communication skills, ability to carefully listen and make every customer feel valued and welcomed, love for technology, and 2-4 years degree (all majors accepted).
**Compensation and Benefits**
The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid training, weekly base pay, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
