Sales Management Training Program

Sherwin-Williams is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for sales and customer engagement to participate in our Leadership Development Program ("LDP"). This immersive eight-week program offers practical experience within an Automotive Branch, aimed at equipping successful candidates with a thorough learning journey through hands-on involvement.
Program Details
Participants will be assigned to a training role in an Automotive Branch located in the North East Region which includes:
- Connecticut
- Massachusetts
- New York
- Rhode Island
- Maine
- New Hampshire
- Vermont
- New Jersey
- Pennsylvania
Career Development
This training experience is designed to equip you with the necessary skills for a prosperous career in management and professional sales. Upon successful completion of the eight-week training program, participants will advance into an available Assistant Branch Manager role.
Relocation Requirement
This position necessitates relocation for the training duration and subsequent placement into the Assistant Branch Manager role after successful completion of the LDP.

Compensation decisions are influenced by various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The wage range provided for this role reflects a broad spectrum of considerations and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials.
