Program Details
Participants will be assigned to a training role in an Automotive Branch located in the North East Region which includes:
- Connecticut
- Massachusetts

- Rhode Island
- Maine

- Pennsylvania
Training Experience
This training initiative equips you with the essential skills for a successful career in management and professional sales. Upon successful completion of the eight-week training program, participants will advance into an available Assistant Branch Manager role.
Relocation Requirement
This position necessitates relocation for the training duration and for placement into the Assistant Branch Manager role after successful completion of the LDP.

Compensation Information
Compensation decisions are based on various factors and will influence where actual compensation may fall within the stated wage range. The wage range for this role considers a broad spectrum of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business requirements. The disclosed wage range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials associated with the location of the position.

Position Responsibilities
The LDP will assist Branch Managers in critical aspects of branch operations, including:
- Developing branch market strategies based on market dynamics, branch objectives, and financial goals
- Implementing business strategies to enhance sales and maximize profitability
- Acquiring product knowledge to provide effective customer recommendations
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring accurate completion and documentation of customer orders and transactions
- Maintaining appropriate branch inventory levels
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- Supporting employee training, development, performance management, and corrective actions
- Addressing and resolving customer and employee complaints
- Assisting in staffing determinations and developing work schedules
- Analyzing management and financial reports, including Profit & Loss ratios
- Assisting with deliveries as necessary
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
- Must hold at least a bachelor's degree by the commencement of this development program
- Must be willing to relocate for this position, if necessary
- Willingness to relocate, as needed, after completing the development program
- Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
- At least one (1) year of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service role
- Previous experience in a team-oriented environment, including work experience, extracurricular activities, or military service
- At least one (1) year of experience in leadership roles, supervising others, or leading teams
