Position Overview

This immersive eight-week program is designed to provide practical experience within an Automotive Branch, equipping successful candidates with a thorough understanding of essential business operations.

Program Details

Participants will be assigned to an Automotive Branch located in the North East Region, which includes:
  • Connecticut
  • Massachusetts
  • New York
  • Rhode Island
  • Maine
  • New Hampshire
  • Vermont
  • New Jersey
  • Pennsylvania
Throughout the program, participants will gain invaluable insights into sales strategies, customer service excellence, financial management, and strategic business planning to enhance operational effectiveness. Furthermore, this program offers opportunities for professional networking, allowing participants to forge connections with teams in Marketing, Operations, and Research & Development.

Training Experience

The training provided will equip you with the necessary skills for a successful career in management and professional sales. Upon completion of the program, participants will advance into available Assistant Branch Manager roles.

Relocation Requirement

This position necessitates relocation during the training phase and for subsequent placement into the Assistant Branch Manager role upon successful completion of the LDP.
