ABOUT THE ROLE

The Breakthrough Results Program is designed to assist district partners in achieving and maintaining enhanced performance levels in their educational institutions through a systematic approach to change. This program enables educators and district personnel to establish measurable performance objectives aligned with critical organizational priorities such as literacy, mathematics, graduation rates, and attendance. The iterative learning process fosters quick results, empowering school district participants to navigate challenges effectively.

The Project Coordinator position is vital in advancing our organization's mission to enhance public education. This role encompasses a diverse and evolving set of responsibilities, providing opportunities to collaborate with various internal teams. The focus will be on facilitating key operational activities that drive program success. You will engage directly with the operations team to implement essential tasks that contribute to our clients' achievements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple responsibilities while adapting to shifting priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer guidance and support through the Helpdesk, addressing urgent inquiries from our expanding community of coach contractors.
  • Proactively assist with ongoing projects and initiatives related to operational execution, including database management, presentation development, communication drafting, event logistics, survey creation, and technology support.
  • Collaborate effectively, both independently and as part of a team, to achieve collective goals and deliver results.
  • Represent the organization through clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Support additional tasks as required to aid the Breakthrough Results team.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Experience or a strong interest in educational reform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Consultative skills to identify and articulate team needs
  • Logical thinking skills applicable to various tasks
  • A positive, solutions-oriented work approach
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other relevant software
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate events and initiatives
