  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee IRB protocols.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration through regular team meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between financial and research teams regarding project funding and timelines.
  • Oversee educational programs aimed at training healthcare professionals in genetic issues.
  • Address technical challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Organize meetings with collaborators and international delegations.
  • Support the director in managing schedules and project timelines.
  • Contribute to scientific research and analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
