The Breakthrough Results Program is designed to assist educational districts in achieving and maintaining enhanced performance levels in their institutions through a structured cycle of improvement, enabling districts to observe tangible outcomes in a short timeframe. This program empowers educators and district personnel to establish measurable performance objectives aligned with critical organizational goals such as literacy, mathematics, graduation rates, and attendance. The rapid learning cycle, combined with the support from senior leadership at the district level, enables participants to navigate challenges effectively and achieve results swiftly.

The Project Coordinator role is pivotal in advancing our mission to enhance public education. This position encompasses a diverse and evolving set of responsibilities, providing opportunities to collaborate with various internal teams. The focus will be on facilitating essential operational tasks that drive program success. You will engage directly with the operations team to implement crucial activities that support our clients' objectives. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer assistance and direction through the BTR Helpdesk, addressing urgent inquiries from our expanding network of coach contractors.
  • Support ongoing projects and initiatives related to system execution, including database management, presentation development, communication drafting, event coordination, survey design, and technology support.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve team objectives and deliver results.
  • Represent the organization through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as required to support the Breakthrough Results team.
