Position Overview:

Our client, a prestigious institution in the field of higher education, is in search of a dedicated and meticulous Program Coordinator. This role is a direct hire opportunity that offers a competitive salary.

Compensation: $55-60K

This position requires onsite presence, as it operates in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events related to undergraduate programs.
  • Maintain and update departmental contact lists, office schedules, databases, and website content.
  • Support all departmental activities, including student organizations, award management, course evaluations, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the Chair and Undergraduate Program Director on curriculum development, course scheduling, and special initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty and departmental administrators as necessary.
  • Develop and manage databases to streamline departmental operations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or project management roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities are necessary.
