INTERNAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Purpose of Position: The Internal Customer Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in effectively managing and addressing the requirements of internal stakeholders, including Field Service, sales teams, and project management units.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Serve as the main contact for Sales Teams and Field Service, ensuring timely execution of ongoing tasks and post-delivery obligations.
2. Provide regular updates on project status upon request from project management or sales teams.
3. Collaborate with Scheduling, Materials, and Production teams to ensure the prompt fulfillment of post-delivery requirements to satisfy customer expectations.
4. Work closely with Sales Teams and Project Managers to resolve post-delivery material issues, such as shipping damages or missing items, ensuring swift resolution for customers.

5. Secure approval from Sales Teams or Project Managers for any short shipments resulting from material delays or RMAs during production; communicate unapproved short shipments to relevant managers.
6. Input approved short shipment details into the system and coordinate with Project Managers or Sales representatives as necessary.
7. Manage the entry of RMAs and material requests into the system for post-delivery needs in collaboration with Sales Teams.

8. Proactively track and finalize all short ship components until they are received by Field Service or the customer, ensuring that items ordered specifically for a customer are promptly dispatched and not added to inventory.
9. Monitor the completion of all direct shipments to customers and ensure proper closure of associated tasks.
10. Maintain an updated backlog and diligently pursue overdue component requests.

11. Collaborate on the development and continuous enhancement of policies and procedures aimed at effectively managing post-delivery issues.
12. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
3. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Degree preferred or a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in a related manufacturing field.

Physical Demands:
Lifting: Frequently lift up to 30 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Bend: Ability to bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
Vision: Long periods of close work on a computer screen and ability to see small or detailed items.
Mental Demands: Interpret, analyze, research, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Environment: Climate-controlled office space with exposure to outdoor conditions such as extreme temperatures, noise, and dust.
