Position Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the Customer Relations team and its operations.

Your responsibilities will include establishing work schedules, participating in performance evaluations, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Customer Relations team.

You will also be involved in the recruitment and selection of new team members, providing essential on-the-job training, and serving as a technical resource for your colleagues. You will handle escalated customer inquiries and, when required, prepare reports and information for management. Collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership, you will work to enhance customer relations processes, ultimately improving the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all customers, proactively addressing their service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities.
  • Communicate effectively using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately; and answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
  • Identify, recommend, develop, and implement innovative strategies to enhance organizational quality.
  • Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds; and maintain mobility throughout the work environment.
  • Complete other reasonable job duties as assigned.
