Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Agent:

  • Implement engagement strategies to connect with potential customer accounts, educating them on product inquiries and the advantages of our services.
  • Serve as a product authority to deliver consistent and clear customer service.
  • Skillfully negotiate inquiries while addressing any customer objections.
  • Engage in continuous in-house training and development alongside fellow entry-level Customer Service and Sales Agents.

Qualifications We Seek in Our Next Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Agent:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the capacity to adapt to various situations.
  • A disciplined approach to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
