Position Overview: The Communications and Public Relations Coordinator is tasked with managing and executing effective communication strategies, ensuring the dissemination of accurate information, and supporting various public relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases and other communication materials.
  • Maintain relationships with media representatives and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all communications align with company policies and branding.
  • Support the organization of public events and promotional activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on communication best practices.
  • Respond to inquiries from the public and media regarding company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public relations.
  • Adhere to punctual attendance and comply with company policies.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist in crisis communication efforts as needed.
  • Participate in the evaluation and enhancement of communication tools.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in public relations or communications are a plus.

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in communications or public relations is required.
