We are expanding our team and seeking individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic Silicon Valley startup that is redefining the concept of 'real-time' and elevating global standards for high-speed data processing, computation, and analytics.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on GridGain's platform, understanding customer requirements and the competitive landscape to enhance adoption and utilization.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and Product teams to develop and disseminate core product positioning and messaging.
  • Continuously evaluate both immediate and long-term differentiators of the platform.
  • Communicate the platform's value at every stage, from product launch to training and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Assess market needs and adjust positioning strategies accordingly.
  • Create and produce sales enablement materials to assist BDR and account executive teams in their efforts and reduce sales cycles.
  • Provide training to the field organization on product and positioning, ensuring clarity and understanding among all team members.
  • Develop and implement marketing materials and campaigns that support revenue-generating activities, including presentations, product data sheets, white papers, and lead generation programs.
  • Engage with customers to identify business requirements for sales tools and gather success stories for case studies.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson at industry conferences and for media and analyst relations.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, with extensive knowledge in real-time data infrastructure software, data integration, or streaming analytics, preferably in startup environments.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical features and translate them into clear business language, crafting compelling value propositions and messaging.
  • Proven enthusiasm and success in supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for both internal and external audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a self-directed approach.
  • Data-driven decision-maker.
  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of marketing technologies.
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Management experience to build and lead a team when necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
