Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Director of IT Asset Management to spearhead our ITAM division, overseeing the management of IT hardware assets for corporate clients. This role encompasses strategic planning, operational excellence, and high-level client relationship management. You will direct ITAM operations across various teams, formulate and execute long-term strategies, and serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on IT asset management matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the ITAM division
- Lead multiple teams across various operational areas
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with clients and vendors
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in operations
- Oversee the implementation of new ITAM technologies
- Manage the division's budget and financial performance
- Conduct high-level client meetings and business reviews
- Collaborate with department heads for integrated ITAM services
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry regulations
- Support new client opportunities to expand the ITAM division
- Mentor and develop leadership talent within the organization
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Optimize the entire IT hardware lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with client SLA requirements
- Lead the development of staffing and inventory forecasting models
- Analyze and optimize inventory levels
- Develop strategies for hardware maintenance and refurbishment
- Ensure accurate asset tracking across client accounts
- Prioritize workstreams for timely delivery of deliverables
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work at a computer for long hours
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a drug test/background screen
- Fluency in English
