Position Summary:

The Leasing Consultant will play a crucial role in our dynamic organization, focusing on leasing, marketing, and ensuring resident satisfaction. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional to collaborate with a team of high achievers committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the rental of apartment units to prospective residents.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential residents via phone and email, encouraging community visits.
  • Conduct meetings with prospects to assess their apartment needs, utilizing effective sales techniques to secure lease agreements.
  • Design and execute a strategic marketing plan aimed at achieving community objectives.
  • Engage in outreach marketing activities to maintain optimal traffic levels.
  • Showcase apartments and community amenities to prospective residents.
  • Gather necessary information from prospects to initiate the application process, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
  • Communicate approval or disapproval decisions to prospects, assisting them with lease applications and coordinating move-in logistics.
  • Maintain comprehensive resident files, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Reach out to residents with expiring leases to discuss renewal options.
  • Address resident service requests promptly, forwarding issues to appropriate staff and promoting positive resident relations.
  • Manage incoming calls and greet visitors professionally.
  • Prepare reports and compile data as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with company interests.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in restaurant, retail sales, or multifamily leasing is required; multifamily leasing experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Entrata software is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn specialized software are necessary.
  • Proven ability to persuade prospective residents of the benefits of our community.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of industry legal requirements, particularly related to Fair Housing Laws, is important.
  • Willingness to travel for training and marketing purposes.
