MMP Staffing is seeking a skilled and committed Community Relations Specialist to deliver exceptional service to residents, visitors, and team members at our property. The successful candidate will be tasked with showcasing and leasing apartments, aiding in the relocation process, and providing administrative assistance to the Community and/or Services Maintenance Manager. Familiarity with Section 8 housing and LIHTC is advantageous.
Primary Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Respond to all inquiries promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Scheduling: Arrange and conduct in-person tours as required.
- Resident Interaction: Address resident inquiries and concerns, directing them as needed.
- Maintenance Coordination: Initiate and follow up on Maintenance Service Requests.
- Property Showings: Welcome potential tenants and showcase property amenities in accordance with established procedures.
- Application Management: Handle application processing and prequalify prospective residents.
- Inspection Duties: Perform inspections to ensure apartments are ready for new occupants.
- Community Participation: Organize and attend community events.
- Payment Processing: Oversee the rental payment procedures.
- Lease Management: Prepare recertifications and renewals of leases.
- Support the maintenance of community cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Conduct competitive market analysis of similar communities.
- Execute general clerical tasks.
- Ensure timely distribution of resident communications.
- Maintain accurate records for office operations and staff.
- Process and code invoices efficiently.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
