Job Title: Training and Program Development Specialist

Join the Community Relations Service as a Training and Program Development Specialist and contribute to the development of national training and program initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of CRS staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training plans to support employees' mastery of programmatic offerings.
  • Collaborate with DOJ and other Federal agencies to identify emerging, controversial, or complex issues.
  • Establish and implement a broad range of training methods and programs to support CRS staff.
  • Lead initiatives to conduct skill gaps analyses and identify gaps in staff proficiency.
  • Ensure a consistent approach to individual training, employee development, and program delivery.
Requirements:
  • One full year of specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to at least the GS-12 level in the federal service.
  • Experience in leading training programs, designing and facilitating training workshops, and developing training materials.
