Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Graham. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for coordinating communications across various organizational units, creating and delivering content through various channels, and developing and executing communication plans and style guides.
About the RoleThis is a full-time hourly position (4 hours) with a competitive compensation package, including 11 paid federal holidays, paid sick time, paid vacation, and a range of benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English communication, excellent telephone etiquette, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate communications across cross-organizational units
- Create and deliver content through various channels, including PowerPoint presentations, memos, email, blogs, social media, brochures, newsletters, and other publications
- Develop and execute communication plans and style guides
- Review communications from technical subject matter experts and provide graphic visualizations
- BS/BA degree (or equivalent) in a related field
- Approximately 4 years of experience in a related field
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly and personable with excellent telephone etiquette
This position is generally performed in a professional office setting, with 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking.
