Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Relations Manager to join our team at RAINN. As a key member of our Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies to promote our mission and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective communication plans, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform our community engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our mission and values
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders
  • Create and implement effective communication plans
  • Analyze data to inform our community engagement strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong background in community engagement and outreach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
