Job Overview

Avanath is a leading property management company dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for the workforce. We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within our communities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and Sales: Greet and qualify all prospects, record all telephone and in-person visits, and demonstrate community and apartment/model features and benefits.
  • Customer Service: Provide A+ customer service, respond to resident requests and concerns, and ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily.
  • Administrative: Accept rental payments, type lease and complete paperwork, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience
  • Knowledge of ADU, Rapid Rehousing, HCV, and local voucher-based housing programs
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
