Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass personal business development objectives while contributing to the collective goals, strategies, and culture of the team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance revenue growth within a substantial client portfolio.
  • Take full ownership of acquiring a targeted list of significant new business opportunities.
  • Build and sustain relationships at all levels with brands, brand agencies, and retailers.
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings for both existing and prospective partners within your designated business region.
  • Identify, engage, and establish new connections with media agencies as necessary.
  • Promote innovative products, solutions, and market expansion opportunities externally.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through collaboration with internal teams across product and client services.
  • Recognize and analyze trends within the Retail Advertising sector, understanding the elements that contribute to a successful campaign, and apply insights to generate additional revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Strategists to leverage existing relationships and uncover new opportunities within current partnerships.
  • Keep an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, managing both new and existing programming opportunities across various products.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Occasionally participate in major industry events and award ceremonies to represent the company and expand our partner network.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital media sales, particularly in sponsored products, onsite/offsite display, and retail media networks.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships in sectors such as fashion, home, and hardlines is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of generating new business.
  • Established connections with key stakeholders in the Retail Media sector.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Enthusiastic about new media and the potential of the company's platform and products to transform the online advertising landscape.
  • Understanding of advertising technology, with the ability to explain concepts in simple terms to clients.
  • Capability to persuade executive-level management of the company's value proposition and tailor solutions based on client needs.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with competing products, networks, and platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively across multiple business priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Open to applicants from the West Coast.
