We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor who will play a crucial role in our growth. Position Overview:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the company's objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This role includes overseeing the training and hiring of crew members, optimizing crew performance through effective job sequencing and scheduling, and ensuring the safety of all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager and Account Manager regarding the status of ongoing projects, ensuring all Foremen are informed.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to assess job requirements and readiness, while identifying any special conditions that may affect project execution.
  • Oversee crew production, ensuring that all teams are properly equipped for their daily tasks.
  • Coordinate manpower efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Assist in managing small installations alongside mowing and pruning crews to maintain optimal efficiency.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all materials, equipment, and programs relevant to the job to address any inquiries effectively.
  • Supervise Foremen to ensure quality and progress on all projects.
  • Transport machinery and materials to and from job sites as necessary.
  • Manage asset tracking, including entering equipment data and monitoring preventive maintenance services.
  • Respond promptly to requests from Account Managers and communicate any concerns back to them.
  • Maintain awareness of the status of all current and upcoming jobs.
  • Understand and uphold the concept of quality in relation to employees, programs, work output, clients, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish preferred).
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and complete daily work tasks efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Capability to provide constructive feedback to crew members.
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance.
  • Adherence to safety protocols.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures.
