Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Operations Supervisor, you will be tasked with training, guiding, and developing a team of specialists. Your role will be crucial in achieving sales and revenue targets, fostering client loyalty and retention, and ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients.

Your management duties will encompass:
  • Overseeing daily operations of specialists to ensure superior customer service.
  • Providing direction to staff across all operational, service, and client care aspects.

  • Conducting daily travel throughout the territory to engage with clients, support specialists, and collaborate closely with the sales team on business development.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management position with a focus on customer service.
  • A proven track record in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a route-oriented service environment is advantageous.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certificates as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
