Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Aerospace Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and directing contract administration procedures and policies to support our Quality Policy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and realize AS 9100 procedures and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Build and manage bid files, electronic and physical, and maintain bid logs.
  • Administer contracts, including sales order entries, building job files, and distributing sales order packages to respective departments.
  • Create spreadsheets, formulate effective charts, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite related to production control.
  • Coordinate client meetings, maintain calendars, and issue travel and expense reports.
  • Organize high volumes of electronic and physical file folders.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) year degree or equivalent in work experience.
  • Five (4) + years experience in contract review practices.
  • Five (4) + years experience in generating and maintaining account receivable reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Epicor, Exostar, contract administration, and process planning in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment.
