Position Overview: Our client in the aerospace sector is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone or electronic communication to process new manufacturing orders and modifications.
  • Complete contract documentation and calculate charges for requested products.
  • Review and approve daily order reports, including debits and credits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all new orders and changes.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a one-year certificate from a college or technical institution; or a minimum of four years of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. as a citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR regulations.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
