Position Overview
In the role of IT Support Associate II, you will address and resolve technical challenges within Amazon's operational facilities, covering a broad spectrum of technical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment.
- Responding to support requests and executing procedures.
- Facilitating training for new team members.
- Engaging in ongoing learning of emerging technologies.
- Providing support to customers across multiple locations.
- Traveling locally or regionally to assist customers as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting computer systems.
- Experience in maintaining IT hardware.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux, or Microsoft hardware.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
