Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver fundamental daily support for computing operations, including desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Engage in administrative tasks while applying a basic technical understanding.
  • Monitor and execute standard processes that are stable and consistent, focusing on resolving issues related to desktop hardware and software.
  • Assist with printer hardware management and provide support for server and network teams.
  • Facilitate support for conference room technology, manage asset lifecycles, and oversee computer deployments for unit customers.

Specific Position Requirements:
  • Emphasize troubleshooting for hardware and software issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to address challenges and contribute to projects.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
