We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist II to join our dynamic support team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional technical assistance and solutions to our clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line technical support for various products and services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Document all interactions meticulously within our case management system to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and enhance online support tools and resources for customer self-service.
  • Support a wide range of products, including software applications and hardware solutions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles.
  • Proficient in using consumer software applications and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Experience in data management and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the agriculture industry and its customer base.
  • Experience in agricultural operations or precision farming.
  • Background in technology or agricultural dealer channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or IT.
  • Technical certification demonstrating knowledge of IT database management is highly valued.

Additional Information:

  • Training will occur during standard business hours and will last approximately 6 weeks.
  • It may take 3-4 months to achieve full productivity in this role.
  • Limited travel may be required for training purposes.

Attendance Policy:

During the training period, attendance is mandatory, and unexcused absences may lead to termination. Candidates should communicate with their supervisor regarding any potential absences.

Interviews will focus on behavioral-based questions, and candidates should be prepared to provide specific examples of their experience.
