Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver essential operational support for computing environments, adhering to established protocols to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support tasks necessitate a foundational technical background, with a focus on administrative duties.
  • Execute and oversee standard processes that are stable and consistent in nature.
  • Manage onsite desktop hardware, troubleshoot software issues, oversee printer hardware, and provide assistance to server and network teams.
  • Facilitate support for conference rooms, manage asset lifecycles, and assist with computer deployments for unit clients.
  • Handle imaging of computers, replace printer toner, dispose of outdated assets, and resolve trouble tickets from support queues.
  • Document and disseminate information, maintaining regular interaction with external contacts.
  • Update asset records in the Asset Center, utilize knowledge base articles for problem resolution, and adhere to unit-specific processes.
  • Ensure effective email communication and maintain essential documents and records.
  • Manage contact lists, process logs, incident reports, customer information updates, and inventory records.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, supply ordering, inventory monitoring, and data record updates.
  • Apply technical knowledge to support processes and operations.
  • Understand basic printer operations for toner replacement and troubleshooting by following knowledge base articles to resolve user issues.
