Job Summary:

Mindlance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively document customer interactions and issues in our case management system.
  • Develop and maintain support tools and solutions available online.
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with data management and customer relationship management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of agriculture and precision farming.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work off-shift hours and occasional holidays.
