Position Overview

In the role of IT Support Associate II, you will address technical challenges within Amazon operations facilities across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT assets.
  • Processing support inquiries and protocols.
  • Contributing to the training of new employees.
  • Engaging in ongoing education of emerging technologies.
  • Providing support to clients across multiple locations.
  • Traveling locally or regionally to assist clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of experience in supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux systems.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing computer system issues.
  • Experience in maintaining IT equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux, or Microsoft hardware.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
