RBC Bearings' products are utilized in numerous major Commercial and Military aircraft globally.

Our offerings include hydraulic actuation systems, valve assemblies, locking mechanisms, steering control valves, fuse pins, hot forged fasteners, pneumatic ducting, valve seals, tubing alignment joints, engine components, airframe parts, shock strut bearings, Teflon lined spherical bearings, and comprehensive maintenance, overhaul, logistics, and support services.

RBC Bearings is also a significant supplier of hydraulic control valves for the US Navy across all Nuclear Class Submarine programs.

RBC Bearings has an immediate opening for a Material Handler/General Laborer in our Franklin, IN facility.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate the product cleaning line
  • Conduct pressure testing on all necessary tubes, ducts, and manifolds
  • Perform bead blasting on products
  • Carry out in-process visual inspections using check fixtures
  • Engage in polishing and basic blending of products
  • Assist with packing and shipping during peak production times
  • Act as a backup for local part deliveries using the company vehicle
  • Retrieve necessary fixtures
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Position demands a fast-paced and detail-oriented approach
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language is essential
  • Must successfully pass FAA Drug and Federal background checks
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Local candidates ONLY.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical for this role

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry is advantageous.
