Role Summary:
The Mechanical Light Assembler is responsible for the setup and assembly of sophisticated lighting systems in alignment with production standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components into finished products using hand tools, power tools, and templates, adhering to both written and verbal instructions.
  • Inspect parts for any defects and implement modifications as per engineering specifications.
  • Work independently while maintaining a positive and results-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Utilize available resources and technology efficiently to complete tasks.
  • Comply with all company policies and legal regulations.
  • Engage in operational problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures, including ESD guidelines.
  • Prioritize and manage job tasks through open communication with supervisors.
  • Assist in the movement of materials as necessary, adhering to safety practices.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
