We provide complete interconnect solutions to industries like Aerospace, Military Defense Electronics, Space, Medical, Test Measurement, and Industrial.Our talented team of employees worldwide helps bring movies to your seat on airplanes, deliver mission-critical information from drones to the command office, transfer heart rhythm to paper, route communications from space, connect power to downhill oil drills, and get planes back in the air faster.CIT is looking for Electrical Mechanical Assembler to join our team located in Franklin, WI.Job DescriptionSUMMARYProduces quality sub-assemblies, assemblies, modules and completed equipment systems of an electro-mechanical nature by assembling, testing, and troubleshooting top-level systems according to standard operating procedures and drawing specifications.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS• Electro-mechanical Assembly of various detail parts into semi-complex assemblies using various assembly techniques.• Reads and follow instructions, such as drawings and diagrams to determine sequence of complex assembly.• Perform electrical circuitry wiring and assemble cables and harnesses.• May position and align components in specified relationship to each other in devices and machines.• Perform operations to join or secure parts in place using hand tools, presses, machines, measuring instruments and other types of equipment. • Must be able to perform various assembly processes.• Mentor and train Electrical Assembler- Mechanical I and II• Ensures tools are clean, maintained, and calibrated• Notifies manager if parts do not meet specifications. • Maintains clean, organized work environment and adheres to all safety standards, procedures, and regulations. • Contributes to team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner.• Adheres to all factory safety procedures and guidelines.*Other duties as required in support of the department and the company*RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. (typical) Description I Electro-Mechanical Assembler I 1-2 years Entry Level: Vocational, High School diploma, or general education degree (GED); 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Considered a developing professional within the field. II Electro-Mechanical Assembler II 3-5 years Vocational, High School diploma, or general education degree (GED); 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; trade school certificate preferred. Considered a seasoned professional that needs little direction or guidance. III Electro-Mechanical Assembler III 5+ years Educational Requirements per Level II with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in related field. Considered an industry expert within the field with little to no guidance needed.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNoneLANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Articulate with use of good grammar skills.

JOB SKILLS• Able to use calipers, torque wrenches, jigs, fixtures, and other tools.• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and schematics

Reliable and flexible to work additional hours on short notice to complete orders and/or special projects to meet customer demands.
