About the Role:
As a Mechanical Light Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in assembling advanced lighting systems in alignment with production standards and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components into finished products using hand tools, power tools, and templates, adhering to both written and verbal instructions.
  • Inspect components for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments in line with engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Utilize available resources and technology efficiently to fulfill job requirements.
  • Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and operational problem-solving activities.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including ESD guidelines.
  • Assist in the movement of materials as needed, ensuring compliance with safety practices.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: A minimum of 6 months in an assembly role is preferred.

Work Environment:
The position is based in a climate-controlled assembly area, where adherence to safety guidelines is paramount. Employees may encounter fumes and caustic substances, necessitating strict compliance with safety protocols.
