Position Overview:

As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and guide our production workforce to ensure targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of production operators and technicians to meet daily production objectives and maintain quality standards.
  • Closely monitor production activities to ensure compliance with schedules and processes.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to the team, including setup, troubleshooting, and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance, to address production challenges.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability within the production team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates.
  • Quickly address any production issues to minimize disruptions and downtime.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, with some leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a history of driving process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years in a production role with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
