Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of production management, ensuring seamless execution of operations.
- Employ strategic thinking to enhance production workflows.
- Foster a positive work environment by engaging with production staff.
- Utilize strong communication and analytical skills to drive team performance.
- Maintain a high level of service orientation.
Supervisory Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment and training of departmental leaders.
- Coordinate and manage the schedules and workloads of team leaders.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Address disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance reviews for all production personnel.
- Guide production leads to ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and enhance the efficiency of production staff and resources.
- Collaborate with engineering to establish and uphold cost and time benchmarks for projects.
- Drive production efforts to meet established timelines.
- Work with scheduling teams to create and adhere to production timelines.
- Resolve product-related issues in partnership with the quality department, maintaining performance against quality objectives.
- Advise management on improvements in processes, staffing, equipment, and facilities to support organizational growth.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure timely completion and report any issues to the facilities manager.
- Perform additional tasks as required to help the organization achieve its objectives.
