Supervisory Duties:

  • Assist in the recruitment and training of departmental leaders.
  • Coordinate and manage the schedules and workloads of team leaders.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Address disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee staffing, training, and performance reviews for all production personnel.
  • Guide production leads to ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor and enhance the efficiency of production staff and resources.
  • Collaborate with engineering to establish and uphold cost and time benchmarks for projects.
  • Drive production efforts to meet established timelines.
  • Work with scheduling teams to create and adhere to production timelines.
  • Resolve product-related issues in partnership with the quality department, maintaining performance against quality objectives.
  • Advise management on improvements in processes, staffing, equipment, and facilities to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure timely completion and report any issues to the facilities manager.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to help the organization achieve its objectives.
